Since then, they have been spotted out and about for various events, such as after-parties and courtside games.

The reality star and rapper have not made any official declarations concerning the state of their relationship.

This comes as no surprise, as the Grammy Award-winning artist prefers to maintain a certain degree of privacy when it comes to his private life.
