Styled by Dani Michelle, Kendall finished off the avant-garde look with Schiaparelli earrings, as no other jewelry was needed due to the intricate detailing around the neck, and flip-flop heels by The Row. Her hair, styled by Irinel de León, was worn in a long, glamorous down do, and her makeup, which was the work of celeb-fave Mary Phillips, was brown and seductive to complement the color of the dress.
Fan Comments
Kendall's fans flooded the comments section of her post – as well as her stylist and hair and makeup artists' posts of her look. Hair stylist Jen Atkin said Kendall looked like "a dream," while younger sis Kylie Jenner called her look "gorgeous." One of Kendall's many fan accounts said she was "literally a goddess," while someone else called her "a vision" followed by three brown heart emojis to complement the color of the dress. Now that's what we call attention to detail!
"Love the dress," praised another fan. "Ultimate angel," added another, followed by the heart eyes emoji. "Beyond," raved another fan, followed by the very apt fire emoji. "So so beautiful!" exclaimed another fan, followed by the heart eyes emoji. "This is the biggest slay of all time," one fan said. "Kendall never ceases to serve!" added another, followed by the heart eyes and fire emojis. "Another day, another major slay," concurred another, followed by three fire emojis.
Kylie Jenner's Controversial Schiaparelli Dress
Seems like Kendall's 'fit is being received far better than her sister's recent controversial Schiaparelli look. If you cast your minds back to last month, you may recall that the 25-year-old Kylie Cosmetics founder was slammed for "promoting animal cruelty" when she attended the Schiaparelli Haute Couture show in a figure-hugging black maxi dress with a faux – but very realistic – lion's head attached to it.
Describing the look on social media, the official Schiaparelli Instagram account said: "Leo Couture. Embroidered Lion in hand sculpted foam, wool and silk faux fur, and hand painted to look as life-like as possible, celebrating the glory of the natural world. Nothing is as it appears to be in Schiaparelli's Inferno Couture." It reiterated in all caps: "No animals were harmed in making this look."
