Khloé Kardashian divulged earlier this year how she shed 80 lbs. after giving birth to her daughter, True Thompson, in 2018. The reality star, 40, credited her pre-pregnancy lifestyle and diet alterations that enabled her to effortlessly drop the extra pounds, as she had weighed more than 200 lbs. post-partum.

On an episode of the She MD podcast back in May, the Good American founder shared that her technique involved ditching all soda from her diet. Despite this confession, many fans took to social media to say they didn’t believe that she was telling the whole truth, as they were convinced that she, like many other celebs, had used controversial weight loss drug, Ozempic.

Khloé Kardashian Continues To Spark Ozempic Rumors And Accusations After 80-Lb Weight Loss

Page Six shared a clip of Khloé’s podcast appearance on Instagram. In the video, the Kardashians star said hat she would “cut out all sodas” when trying to lose weight. She added: “Little by little I would cut things out. I would do that for a week and then cut out one other thing because I realized I did every diet under the sun when I was younger.”

The mom-of-two (who shares daughter True, 6, and son Tatum, 2, with ex Tristan Thompson) continued: “It took me a long time to train myself and when I got pregnant with True, I was 204 lbs. when I delivered.”

Kardashian went on: “I took so many years to do it the first time but because I had all the tools in my toolbox, I knew what to do and I actually lost my pregnancy weight much faster than I ever did my regular fat weight. I was so proud of myself, I did it twice.”

Fans Aren't Buying It

Khloé's fans headed to the post's comments section to share their thoughts. "She didn't mention her personal trainer, private chef, Ozempic," one wrote, as another exclaimed: "Oh please say Ozempic!!" Someone else chimed in: "Does anyone actually believe this?" as one other concurred: "Toolbox? you mean Ozempic?"

This isn't the first time that Kardashian has faced Ozempic rumors and claims. Back in January 2023, she shared photos from her Sorbet magazine cover shoot via IG in which she bared her abs and showed off her toned figure.

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians alum quickly responded to fan accusations in the comments that suggested that she used an antidiabetic medication to lose weight. "Let's not discredit my years of working out. I get up 5 days a week at 6 am to train," she fired back, adding: "Please stop with your assumptions. I guess new year still means mean people."

Khloé Kardashian Also Confessed To Being An 'Emotional Eater'

During the same podcast appearance, Kardashian also confessed that she has been "overweight a lot of [her] life" and said that she found herself suffering from being an "emotional eater." She also shared that it was hard for her to stop binging on junk food initially. "I was sad so I needed the ice cream again. It was this crazy repeat cycle," she said.

Kardashian continued: "It took years for me. I've always been even chubby, like athletic. I've always played sports, I was never in shape. My thing is more the food because I have the determination, so I had to retrain my mind as to what I could eat [and] what I couldn't eat." Regarding her current athletic routines, she said: "If I'm getting ready for a shoot I'll do pilates and my workouts."

Does Khloé Kardashian Eat Junk Food?

Having achieved her desired physique, Kardashian said she occasionally indulges in junk food but no longer craves her previous guilty favorites. "Now that I'm in a good place body-wise, that I like, I do sort of eat what I want," she said. "But because my brain is so trained, you don't even want to eat half the crap or junk." When she wants to treat herself, Kardashian said she opts for pizza.

"Pizza is my weakness. But now that I'm in this different state of mind, I'm never going to eat a full pizza," she revealed. "But it's retraining your brain. If your brain isn't trained with your body then you're not doing [anything], it doesn't matter."
