Khloé Kardashian just shocked fans by unashamedly revealing what plastic surgery she wants to have next in the latest episode of Hulu’s The Kardashians!
The Kardashians may have had a lot of plastic surgery between them over the years, but not all of them are as forthcoming as others when it comes to confessing to what they have had done! (Remember how long it took for Kylie Jenner to admit to lip fillers? We rest our case!) However, the 38-year-old Good American founder is perhaps more open than the rest of her sisters, having confessed to going under the knife, and also isn’t shy about telling fans about *future* plastic surgeries either!

Breast augmentation
The mom-of-two revealed that she was seriously considering a breast augmentation in order to compete with older sisters Kourtney Kardashian, 43, and Kim Kardashian, 42, who Khloé feels have far better cleavage than she does! “I’m really contemplating getting my boobs done. It’s just something I think about all the time,” she said on the show, before going on to say that she really notices the difference between her cleavage and her sisters’ when they are wearing swimwear!
“I’m wearing a latex top with like a bra top, so they look great right now and I wish they looked like this all the time. I just want fuller, like, when you see me in a bikini, I don’t have cleavage,” she continued. “Like my sisters have this ample cleavage. Just gotta see ’em without this top on… but that’s for another show,” she joked.

This isn’t the first time Khloé has spoken out about being compared to her older sisters. Speaking to Variety earlier this year, Khloé said: “When I was younger, always being compared to my sisters in a way where I can’t be related to them because we look different… Those things were definitely really hurtful, just to always be compared to them, especially in the fashion or beauty world comparing our bodies or faces.”

After initially keeping quiet, Khloé confessed that she underwent a rhinoplasty procedure in the spring of 2018, and said that her only regret was that she hadn’t done it sooner! “My whole life I would say I’ve always wanted my nose done, forever,” Khloé told Robin Roberts in an ABC special on her family. “But it’s in the middle of your face and it’s scary to think about. But I finally got the courage, and I did it, and I love it.”
“For me, everyone says, ‘Oh my gosh, she’s had her third face transplant,’ but I’ve had one nose job,'” she also told Andy Cohen in a separate interview in June 2021. “And everyone gets so upset, like, why don’t I talk about it? No one’s ever asked me.”

Khloé’s latest surgery was a little different, as it wasn’t a cosmetic treatment, but rather, a potentially life-saving one! Khloé revealed that she had to have an “immediate operation” to remove a skin cancer tumor from her cheek, which was then covered with a bandage, which was the reason why she had been editing part of her face in recent social media pictures.
“I have seen numerous stories going around about the ever-evolving bandage on my face, with some of you wondering why I’ve been wearing one for the past few weeks,” she wrote on her Instagram Story at the time. “After noticing a small bump on my face and assuming it was something as minor as a zit, I decided to get it biopsied 7 months after realizing it was not budging. Dermatologist Dr Tess Mauricio (@drtessmauricio) examined it, and a second biopsy was ran by Dr. Daniel Behroozan (@drdanbehroozan) because what they were both seeing was incredibly rare for someone my age. A few days later I was told I need to have an immediate operation to remove a tumor from my face.”

Khloé’s fans may love how open she is about plastic surgery, but that doesn’t mean that they are approving! Khloé’s fans have begged her to stop having cosmetic surgery for years – lip fillers, in particular – and have also shown concern about her ever-shrinking frame.
