Khloé Kardashian has been very open with her fans about her plastic surgery procedures lately. Fresh from admitting that she did indeed get a nose job back in 2018 – and confessing that her only regret was not having the surgery sooner! – the 37-year-old Good American founder was keen to address yet another rumor about her appearance. This time, regarding her infamous butt!
Khloé’s fans filled the comments section of a Kardashian fan Instagram account featuring one of her latest workout videos that she posted to her Instagram Story with speculation that she had butt implants – with some fans claiming the implants were actually visible through Khloé’s workout gear – and the former Keeping Up with the Kardashians star was keen to shut the rumors down!

A 2nd layer of her bum on top of her bum,” one user commented on the @kardashiansocial post; to which the mom-of-one actually replied, and said: “lol silly goose. It’s the seam design of the leggings. That’s so funny ha! You guys just want to believe anything bad.” She finished off with a crying laughing emoji. However, not everyone believed Kardashian…
“Those ARE IMPLANTS that is NO SEAM,” one fan claimed. “They are not implants, they are fat transfers. They take their fat and put it in the butt,” insisted another. “Looks like a lot of implant to me! Woa,” exclaimed another fan, followed by the shocked emoji. Another fan had a different theory, writing, “That’s not fat injections it’s too square-like. Those are probably silicone implants. Similar to breast implants.” Other fans decided that it didn’t matter what Khloé had done, as long as she was happy! “Naaaa stop it!!! It’s not any seam, it’s clearly another layer of something else. It’s totally cool it’s her body as long as she’s happy,” wrote one fan, while another echoed this, writing, “Implants or not embrace it! What ever makes her happy!”
