Khloe Kardashian Lost 11 Pounds In Two Weeks By Just Giving Up This One Thing

We all know Khloe Kardashian goes extremely hard at the gym. But her motivation to look and feel healthy doesn't stop there. About a year and a half into transforming her body, Kardashian enlisted the help of a nutritionist recommended by her personal trainer, Gunnar Peterson, to get her eating right.

Cheese

There is one part of her new diet that's been the most effective so far: cutting out dairy. "I went dairy-free for two weeks, and I lost 11 pounds," she revealed to Health as part of her January 2017 cover story.

Almond milk

"Now I only drink almond milk. I still love cheese, which is hard, but if I want to lose weight quickly, dairy-free is the way to go." Good to know that skipping cheese for just a few days, instead of totally banishing it from our diet, can actually make a difference!

Another diet trick Kardashian swears by is treating yourself every once in a while. "I do believe that if you're having a craving, don't deprive yourself. Everything in moderation," she told the magazine.
