One reason many people appreciate paparazzi pictures, as much as it annoys celebrities to no end, is that the celebs don’t have a chance to edit them before they’re posted online. An invasion of privacy? Perhaps. But fans are quick to snap up any unedited photos of their favorite stars, especially when it comes to the Kardashians.
Khloé Kardashian and her older sister Kim Kardashian were spotted leaving the airport in India, where they had just landed to attend billionaire heir Anant Ambani’s wedding, and the paparazzi pictures have raised some concern among fans, mostly in regards to Khloé Kardashian’s facial features, which many fans think look “squished.” Keep reading for more information.

In the photos, Kim and Khloé are both wearing large, dark sunglasses, but they're so recognizable, they did nothing to hide their identities. As Kim stepped ahead in a brown halter-neck dress with her hair styled in a slicked-back bun, Khloé trailed behind slightly, wearing a white cropped baby tee with her long hair cascading down her front.
Her face, though, is what raised some eyebrows. Compared to many other photos of herself, mostly the ones posted on her Instagram, her lips and nose look a bit different, and many fans were quick to assume this meant she had just gotten some work done.

"Wtf happened to Khloé's nose?" another person similarly asked.
"Khloé's nose is so crazy," another fan wrote. "It can barely hold up her sunglasses."
"Looks like Khloé got her botox topped up before the big wedding," one user speculated.
"Something looks different...again," reads another comment. "
I swear every time I see a photo of her she looks drastically different," a final fan noted.
