Khloé Kardashian has finally shared the name of her son, who she welcomed via surrogate in July 2022—and we think it’s absolutely adorable!
The Kardashians star, 38, had previously teased that the baby boy’s name would be revealed on the eponymous television show, and the news came during The Kardashians’ season 3 premiere, during which Khloé attended sister Kendall Jenner’s 818 Tequila event and disclosed the name during a segment involving former Late Late Show host James Corden.

Khloé on The Kardashians: ‘Naming A Human Is Really Hard!’
And the big reveal: the little boy’s name, we know now, is Tatum Thompson. Khloé shares baby Tatum with ex Tristan Thompson, also the father of Khloé’s daughter, True, 5.
At the 818 Tequila event depicted on the family’s reality show, fellow attendee James Corden asked Khloé, seated next to him, “What else is new in your life? What’s happening?”
Khloé responded, “Not much. Oh, I had a baby,” prompting a laugh from Corden. “Well, I didn’t have one or else I’m sure I would have remembered that,” she continued, referring to the fact that her son was delivered via surrogate. Corden then joked that, since her daughter was known to be named True, her son had to be named “False”—which tickled Khloé, who quipped that the jokey name was her “first option.”

However, the truth was soon revealed in Khloé’s confessional interview during the scene, when a Kardashians producer what her son’s name really is. “His name is Tatum,” Khloé responded. “So, Tatum and True.” The Good American co-founder also added with a sigh, “Naming a human is really hard.” No worries here, though—we think Khloé nailed it with the adorable name!
Khloé Saved Name Reveal For Kardashians Season Premiere
During an appearance on The Jennifer Hudson Show last month, host Jennifer Hudson asked Khloé if she had named her baby boy yet. "Yes, he's named. But I haven't announced it yet," Khloé responded. She added, "I've been waiting for the premiere of our show...And I didn't know it was going to be this far out. So now I'm just like, If my daughter outs me, I'm screwed!"
Jennifer asked if, perhaps, the name started with a T, just like Khloé's daughter's name and ex Tristan Thompson himself. The reality star then admitted, "It will start with a T."
Also on the show, Khloé shared that it had been difficult to choose the name, especially since she had not experienced the pregnancy with her son. "He was delivered via surrogate, or the stork I like to say, and at first, I did not know what I was going to name him," Khloé confessed. "I wanted to meet him and feel him out a little bit, and so at first, he didn't have a name."

The mom of two also shared a rare photo of her son to Instagram this month, which showed her holding baby Tatum with one arm while standing in her kitchen in ripped jeans and a tee. Khloé's well-known best friend, Malika Haqq, commented on the post saying, "Go Tate!"
