Khloé Kardashian’s friends and fans reportedly fear she might get back with cheating ex Tristan Thompson – with whom she shares four-year-old daughter True as well as a five-month-old son who was born via surrogate last year – after they have been spending a lot more time together in recent weeks.
Khloé Kardashian By Tristan Thompson's Side Following His Mother's Death
The 38-year-old Good American founder and her family have been there for the 31-year-old basketball player over the past few weeks following the tragic and unexpected loss of his mother, Andrea, who passed away on January 5th after suffering a heart attack. She reportedly went into cardiac arrest at her home and was rushed to a local hospital, but doctors were unable to resuscitate her.
While Khloé reportedly maintains that she and her ex are just friends and co-parents, her friends aren’t convinced! "Khloé, as with any of the family in these situations, will be supportive to Tristan and by his side during this very difficult time as he is the father of her two children," an insider, who is reportedly a friend of the reality TV star, told The Sun.
"Everyone thinks they’re back together – but if you ask her, she says they are just co-parents and nothing more," the source continued, adding that Khloé tells people that they are together simply because of their children and not anything romantic.
"They are always together, and very much a unit – she tries to put it down to the fact they have two children together, and as such are best friends, but it's obvious now that it's more than that," the insider went on to say, adding that she was acting like "his other half" while they were in Toronto, Canada, which they flew to in order to make funeral arrangements. "I don’t think she’ll admit it yet – it makes her look weak taking him back after he humiliated her so badly before," the insider concluded.
