In response to Khloé Kardashian‘s “unedited” and “makeup-free” appearance on a recent episode of The Kardashians (where the 39-year-old reality star was captured in workout attire after exercising in the gym), viewers have been sharing their thoughts on social media.

Many have remarked on her marked contrast to her typically “heavily made-up and retouched” Instagram photos, with some even going as far as to describe her appearance as “overfilled and inflamed.”

During last week’s episode of the Hulu reality series, Khloé was filmed heading to the gym with her older sister Kim, 43. Slicking her blonde tresses into a sleek top knot, Khloé showed off her clear and supple skin seemingly without makeup, which fans thought had been recently altered with “fillers,” but not “filters” in this particular scene.

Fans Think Khloé Kardashian Looks 'So Different' Without 'Makeup Or Filters' In New 'Kardashians' Scene

The new bare-faced scene prompted an inundation of comments on the Good American founder's appearance from viewers on Reddit. "Omg they forgot to apply the filters there... Yikes, she's looking very "cat lady" here... She’s overfilled and inflamed," one wrote.

Another added: "She needs to get it all dissolved and just rock her natural face for a bit. Learn to love yourself girl you weren’t ugly….There is absolutely no way this is real bro... That’s the real face with no makeup."

The mom of two revealed last year that her career in television had taken a toll on her self-assurance, leading her to seek cosmetic alterations in an effort to regain her confidence.

"I’ve been torn apart the minute that I’ve gone on TV. I didn’t look like my sisters, so therefore, it’s not good enough," she said on her family's show in 2022.

She added: "And then when I started, whatever, changing my look, you get better makeup, you do fillers, you do whatever, I had a nose job, and there’s still people constantly bullying you. It’s like, so which one is it? You didn’t like me then?"

Khloé went on: "You don’t like me… like I… you have to do things for yourself. We’re still growing up in front of the camera, for better or worse, regardless of how old we are. We’re still growing and evolving, and I think it’s unfair to have so much pressure put on people. I think we’re all just trying to do our best we can."

During the 'Final Curtain Part 2' of Keeping Up With The Kardashians in 2021, Khloé wowed viewers with a notable revelation about her past surgeries.

When host Andy Cohen questioned her about the constant scrutiny surrounding her appearance, she then divulged the specific procedures she had undergone.

"I've had one nose job-- Dr. Raj Kanodia," she said, before also noting that she's had "injections" done, but "not really Botox," after she suffered a bad reaction from the process.

During their conversation, the host posed a question to Khloé about whether or not she believed that her sisters, Kim and Kourtney received "preferential treatment" based on their appearance over the years. In response, Khloé affirmed with confidence that she believed they did receive such treatment.

"Oh 100 percent," she said. She continued: "We did so many photoshoots where they would receive racks of clothes and I was told by so many different stylists — I was given about two or three pieces of clothing, that's it, not to worry because I'd 'be in the background anyways."' She went on: "'It was never a question, it was a fact and it was very blatant."

Khloé has also recently resorted to social media to debunk rumors surrounding her supposed use of weight loss drugs such as Ozempic and plastic surgery procedures that her fans believed she had undergone this year.
