Khloé Kardashian has been quite open about some of the plastic surgery she has already had, having famously confessed to getting a nose job back in 2018 and openly toying with the idea of a breast augmentation on several occasions.
It seems like the 39-year-old Good American founder has explored the idea of going under the knife once again, as she opened up about her desire to have a breast enlargement in the latest episode of her family’s reality TV show, The Kardashians.

In the Thursday, June 13th episode of The Kardashians, viewers saw Khloé wearing one of the nipple bras from older sister Kim Kardashian's Skims collection, and loving the results it produced. The bra was famously inspired by the Skkn by Kim founder's own breasts, which Khloé said she has always loved.
"These aren't my nipples, just so you guys know, they're Kim's," Khloé told the cameras, as her best friend Malika Haqq, 41, also looked at her bra. "Kim is such a [expletive,]" Khloé told her bestie, before going on to say that she would definitely want "this size" (in reference to Kim's) if she got her "boobs done" in the future.
However, Kim herself isn't so convinced, and according to Khloé, tried to dissuade her younger sister from getting that size. "[Kim] was like, 'That is too big for you,'" Khloé recalled, adding: "Coming from double-D door knockers?! Is telling me what's too big for me? Please!"
This isn't the first time Khloé has openly discussed going under the knife and having a breast enlargement, as she and momager Kris Jenner discussed it in a season 2 episode of the show. "I'm really contemplating getting my boobs done," she told her mom, adding that she wants a "fuller" look. "It's just something I think about all the time," she confessed. She also added in her confessional: "I don't have cleavage like my sisters [who] have this ample cleavage."

Kim isn't the only one who doesn't want her sister to have a breast enlargement. Khloé's fans took to social media to beg her to not go under the knife again, with one saying, "Stop going under the knife," and another claiming: "Boob jobs are out of style. Small boobs are more youthful." Another agreed, adding: "Natural boobs are in, period."
Many others had some less than complimentary remarks about the family as a whole. "This family is so out of touch with reality," wrote one Instagram user in the comments section of an E! News post about Khloé and Malika's conversation. "At this point, what body part hasn't been altered?" asked another fan. "Oh please Kim you've had more work done than any of them," said another, perhaps in reference to Kim not wanting her sister to have a breast enlargement. Others were more concerned with Khloé's face, rather than her breasts…
"I like Khloé but she should stop what she is doing on her face," wrote one unimpressed fan. "Khloé has a whole new face," concurred another, followed by two shocked face emojis. "What has she done to her face?" asked another, adding: "Her nose is about to fall off."
