Kardashian's bias-cut number clung to her ample curves and helped highlight her tiny waist as she posed for photos at the event. To dazzle up this turn-of-the-century-inspired frock even more, the Kardashians star added sparkling silver jewelry with a cross pendant necklace that stood out among the other stunning pieces.

As for her glam, Kardashian wore her hip-length, long raven tresses down, parted in the center and styled into elegant, loose waves. For her makeup look, she went for a classic black liner winged cat-eye with shimmering eyeshadow and sky-high lashes. Of course, the beauty mogul's look wouldn't be complete without her signature contour, rosy blush and mauve lipstick.

The Time 100 Gala is an annual celebration of the Time 100 list of the "world’s most influential people," as WWD notes. The 2023 soiree was held at the Jazz at Lincoln Center in New York with White Lotus actress Jennifer Coolidge hosting the ceremony.
