Kim Kardashian Finally Admits To Getting Botox In Her Neck On ‘Kardashians’ After Denying Plastic Surgery For Years

Kim Kardashian has famously denied ever going under the knife over the years, and made a surprising confession during a new episode of The Kardashians, which just premiered its third season last week. The 42-year-old reality star admitted to getting Botox in her neck, as seen in a clip from the show shared by her sister Khloé Kardashian on Snapchat.

The SKIMS founder is seen taking voice lessons in a preview scene. She talks about getting injections in her neck after noting that she and her family are recording an album together. “We’re recording an album and they’re making us do singing lessons,” the mom of four said while in a studio with her sisters.

During the lesson, a vocal coach tells Kardashian, “I’m using muscles in the neck.” The SKKN mogul then replied, “Half of mine are probably Botoxed so I can’t….,” before the two then laugh after her comment.

Botox injections, and especially in the neck, aim to paralyze the muscles in this area, reducing wrinkles and fine lines there.

As fans may recall, back in 2019, Kardashian filmed herself getting neck laser treatment while at the Skin Thesis skincare clinic in West Hollywood in videos for her Instagram followers.Last year, the beauty icon sat down with Allure, and stressed that she never got plastic surgery. She talked about the cosmetic procedures she has undergone while also revealing her nine-step skincare line SKKN by Kim. She shared that she’ll “do anything to look and feel youthful.”

Her skincare routine, she said, includes nighttime laser treatments that she uses after her four children (North, 9, Chicago, 6, Psalm, 4, and Saint, 3) go to sleep. “I really, genuinely care about looking good,” she told Allure for the outlet’s August 2022 cover story.

“I probably care more than 90 percent of the people on this planet. It’s not easy when you’re a mom and you’re exhausted at the end of the day or you’re in school, and I’m all of the above.”

She also noted that she has “never” gotten filler in her “cheeks or lips,” and that she doesn’t use eyelash extensions, either. A bit of “Botox in her forehead” is all she said she had in her face at the time.

“But I’ve chilled, actually,” she added regarding her Botox routine. When asked abut her lips and cheeks, she replied, “No filler. Never filled either one, ever.”

Although fans may be convinced that Kardashian’s facial features and body appearance have drastically changed over the years (and that she may have undergone more than she says), Botox in her forehead and neck and laser treatments are all she has confessed to getting.
