Kim Kardashian has revealed a fresh glimpse of her authentic, unfiltered skin texture on an Instagram Story post during a facial sculpt and lift treatment from popular celeb-fave service, The Beauty Sandwich.
The new picture, shared earlier this week, depicts Kardashian’s dark eye circles, subtle wrinkles and signs of aging around her eyes.
This latest image comes after the 43-year-old reality star’s appearance at Balenciaga’s Paris Fashion Week was widely considered “unrecognizable” and “double take” inducing by fans on TikTok.

The mom of four shared the new photo of herself on a treatment bed for her 364 million followers. Positioned horizontally, Kardashian had someone stationed at the head of the bed who delicately wielded a white treatment device across her visage.
The SKIMS mogul's signature pout was ever-present, accentuated by her sleek raven locks pulled back into a sophisticated updo. With her eyes open wide, her lush lashes drew attention, as did her minimalist attire - a classic black tank top.
Kardashian captioned her post: "Snatched! Thank you The Beauty Sandwich." This isn't the first time that Kardashian has given fans a closer look at her naturally stunning complexion, nor her first-ever pic at a facial treatment center.
Last week, Kardashian graced the Balenciaga Fall/Winter 2024 Fashion Week show in Paris in a curve-hugging black gown with elegant, flowy sleeves and a long train.
The frock featured sheer, lacy fabric (with the tag for the item still clipped onto the back) and Kardashian wore her black tresses in a slicked-back high ponytail. As for her makeup look, the Kardashians star opted for a warm-toned smokey eye, sky-high lashes, radiant blush and an overlined nude lip.
As seen on social media, some fans did a double take after seeing her look for the event. "She definitely looks different," one wrote beneath a video of the SKKN founder uploaded to TikTok.
"Something looks different, but can't pinpoint what it is," another added as someone else suggested that any differences in her appearance could have been due to the absence of a "filter."
Others, however, expressed their love for her dress and were confused as to why the tag was still on. "That sort of 70s sleeve is really coming back this season," one wrote regarding the piece as someone else replied: "She looks great and on trend."
As reported by Vogue, the price tag was left on Kardashian's ensemble as part of a "fashion gimmick" from Demna, the creative director of Balenciaga. Many of Kardashian's fans, however, continue to debate why she looked "different" or "off" at the show.
