Kim Kardashian’s fans have blasted the 42-year-old reality TV star‘s appearance yet again – this time, saying she has seemingly gone overboard with the fillers! The comments section to an Instagram post by @problematicfame on February 27th, whereby older and more recent (as well as filtered and seemingly unfiltered, or less filtered) pictures of the Skims founder were compared, was rife with comments from fans who begged her to stop with the alleged plastic surgery and non-invasive treatments, as they said she is starting to look “unrecognizable.” Yikes!

“She’s getting to the point of no return here with the surgeries and fillers,” one fan commented, adding, “She’s starting to look so far from what she used to and if she doesn’t stop or slow [down] she’s going to end up unrecognizable.” However, one fan thought that it’s too late as “she’s been unrecognizable for years,” while another disapproving fan exclaimed, “She’s going to look like Janice Dickinson before long if she keeps it up!” “I feel she’s starting to look like Megan Fox. The fillers have kind of aged her,” noted another. “Fillers really start to age people in my opinion,” another fan wrote.
Other fans noted how some of Kim's appearance is down to filters and other editing tools, suggesting that we haven't seen a real Kardashian picture or video in years! "The Kardashians are HEAVILY filtered. So was KUWTK," another fan said, in reference to their current reality TV show and their previous show, Keeping Up with the Kardashians. "All media today is filtered, including filming. Please learn facts," commented another. "At this point I have no clue what Kim looks like," said another. "Not even Kim K looks like Kim K," wrote another fan.
Kim Looks 'Unrecognizable' At Skims Valentine's Day Pop Up Event
These fan comments come less than one month after her appearance at her Skims Valentine’s Day pop up shop launch in Los Angeles, with fans saying they barely recognized her in some of the pictures. The Kardashians star wore a head-to-toe pink custom Greg Ross ensemble consisting of an ab-baring crop top, high-waisted leggings, and a matching jacket, finished off with a Messika Jewelry heart shaped rivière diamond High Jewelry necklace featuring a series of heart shaped diamonds which complemented her Barbiecore ensemble and the Valentine’s theme perfectly.

However, as blinding as the diamonds were, they weren’t enough to distract fans from the mom-of-four's face, which seemed to be looking a little different. Fans took to Reddit and Instagram to speculate what could have contributed to the sudden yet dramatic change in her appearance, with many people suggesting that Botox in her smile lines was the answer!

Fans Say Kim 'Does Not Look Like Kim'
"This is not [the] real Kim K," one fan wrote on Instagram, as a comment to a post from Messika Jewelry. "No I don't think so either," agreed another. "Why does Kim not look like Kim?" asked another confused fan. "Is Kim ok?" questioned another. "She looks very different," stated another fan, to which one fan said, "I said the same thing," and another replied, "it looks like a really good wax figure of Kim." Yikes! Other fans thought Photoshop – or lack thereof – was the answer, with one saying, "It's unfiltered!" and another adding: "Everybody says this is not the real Kim. But this is THE real Kim though. This is how she looks when her own team doesn't Photoshop their photos."

Reddit Users 'Refuse To Believe That’s Her'
Reddit fans were just as inquisitive and eager to give their two cents, with one simply deeming that the person at the event was "NOT Kim Kardashian." "I absolutely refuse to believe that’s her!" exclaimed another fan, while a few others thought that Kim hired a doppelganger for the event. "I was gonna ask if it was possible they have a lookalike do their stuff lol," suggested one fan. "Is this an impersonator?" asked another, while another asked, "How does she look like a knock-off of herself?" Other fans went in a whole other direction, with many suggesting that it was the hairstyle that was off! "Is it not a wig?" asked one fan. "I'm scared to ask but what's wrong with her hair?" enquired another. "Oh the hair certainly aged her," said another fan, adding, "I’m not sure what changes she made to her face (which she 100% did) but it’s not giving the 'easy on the eyes soft' beautiful look she always has. And then of course, there are the fans who suggested all kinds of cosmetic treatments and plastic surgery procedures. "I'm positive she recently had Botox in her nasolabial lines. I really noticed it in the last TikTok with North. She's super frozen there," wrote one fan. "Trying to pinpoint what's changed in her face and I think it's the cheeks. Her cheek implants used to be much higher and rounder which made her eyes look smaller and now her cheeks look lower and flatter," speculated another. "Definitely recent filler in the jaws/cheek/nose... her eyes and lips look wonky too," another said. "I think she had her nose done again. Also more cheek filler and her blush and contour are way too low," said another.
