Kim Kardashian may have slayed the Met Gala red carpet on Monday, May 1st in a breath-taking pearl-encrusted Schiaparelli ensemble, but we’re just as obsessed with the grey outfit she wore to The Daily Front Row’s 7th Annual Fashion Los Angeles Awards at The Beverly Hills Hotel on Sunday, April 23rd, with none other than her nine-year-old daughter North West as her date. Aww! It may not have had any embellishments, but we think it made just as much of a statement!
For the star-studded occasion, which also saw Captain Marvel star Brie Larson present Rodarte designers Kate and Laura Mulleavy with the ‘Designers of the Year’ award while wearing one of the brand’s spectacular pieces, Kim went for something a little more toned down but no less attention-grabbing.

Kim Kardashian Flaunts Her Toned Abs On The Red Carpet
The 42-year-old mom-of-four poured her iconic curves into a Rick Owens co-ord, which consisted of a figure-hugging high-waisted grey midi skirt with a seriously seductive thigh-high slit on one side, teamed with a barely-there matching bandeau top that flaunted her super-sculpted abs perfectly.
The Skims founder‘s hair was styled in a sleek, straight, middle-parted down do, and she finished off her look with René Caovilla ‘Supercleo’ metallic leather sandals that wrapped around her ankles, and a silver 2003 Dior by John Galliano molded choker that covered her entire neck. For her part, North West wore an all-black ensemble consisting of a tuxedo jacket, flared pants with exposed zips, chunky platform boots, and cool black sunglasses; and she wore her hair in a fierce Ariana Grande style sky-high pony.

Kim Presents Chris Appleton With ‘Hair Stylist Of The Year’ Award
The Skkn by Kim founder attended the awards show to present hairstylist-to-the-stars Chris Appleton, 39, with the ‘Hair Stylist of the Year’ award, and honored him with the cutest speech!
“I am so honored to be here to present Chris Appleton with the best stylist, I think, of the year award? Of the universe? Hair stylist of the year, Chris Appleton,” Kim began her introduction, according to USA Today, before going on to commend him for being not just a hair stylist, but a great friend too!
“I can tell him all of my personal business, and it will never get out,” she continued. “We can party in Vegas all night long until three in the morning and get tattoos (but not me) like we did last night. That’s why we’re a little tired.” She went on to thank him for pushing her to try new things such as new hair colors, wigs, and haircuts, adding, “He takes you out of your comfort zone and just makes you feel special.”
Kim finished off her speech by congratulating him on his recent engagement to White Lotus actor Lukas Gage, 27, saying: “I am so happy he’s in a relationship right now, and that it’s, like, out there. I’m so tired of all my girlfriends and guy friends asking me if you’re available.”
