Kim Kardashian Promotes North West's Music Video
The music video in question is about Twigs in a meeting with music executives trying to convince them to shoot a music video for the song. It involves the artist and a handful of others dancing around in nude-colored clothing. To help her case, Twigs brings in North West, who drops a few lines wearing a white, furry outfit, sunglasses, and lots of jewelry—not to mention her long, acrylic nails.
Though her lines aren't vulgar, Kim's followers still didn't approve of her promotion of the video on her Instagram. Speaking in Japanese, North wraps: "Hello, my name is North / From California to Tokyo / Jesus the King / Praise God / Jesus is the only true God."
Fan Reactions
Kim posted the video on her Instagram feed with the simple caption, "CHILDLIKE THINGS FT. NORTH @FKATWIGS," but it didn't draw the reaction she wanted from most of her followers.
"I finally settled why I dislike FKA twigs putting North West on a track," one person wrote in the comment section. "So much of twigs's music is about the exploitation of the female artist."
"Not sure why they had to go with the flesh-colored bodysuits as the outfit of choice when a child is involved," another person wrote. "Seems inappropriate."
"Can't believe she did this," a third person agreed.
