Kim Kardashian has been subject to frequent criticism over her quick and widely publicized weight loss in recent years. Many of her followers on social media have latched onto a single mirror selfie that she took and posted back in August as supposed “evidence” that she used Ozempic, a diabetes medication that has sparked controversy after a number of celebrities have claimed to use it for fast weight loss.
In the selfie, the reality star, 43, can be seen posing in what appears to be the bathroom of a private airplane, showing off her very slim waist and ultra-flat stomach. Some commenters accused her of taking the weight loss drug to achieve her noticeably trim figure. In the shot, the mom of four donned a white sports bra and low-waisted pink sweatpants. The SKIMS founder tied her raven tresses up in a slicked-back hairstyle.

One commenter wrote: "Ozempic queen" as another added: "the ozempic is ozempicking!" Someone else replied: "I think they’re all on ozempic," after a number of her famous family members were also accused of taking the same weight loss drug after experiencing "visible" weight loss.
Earlier last month, the style icon uploaded another mirror selfie that highlighted her "shrinking" waistline, according to fans, and the photo also seemed to spark concerns regarding her health.
On November 24th, Kardashian wore a skintight nude bodysuit and shared more sales regarding her SKIMS clothing line pieces with her 364 million followers. "Not a good look," one wrote as another deemed her to be "too skinny now."

Kardashian has been open about how her commitment to a healthy diet and fitness routine has had a transformative effect on her body. In the spring of 2022, she lost 16 pounds in just three weeks to fit into Marilyn Monroe's iconic dress for the 2022 Met Gala, but she made it clear that she achieved this weight loss in a "healthy" manner.
Despite countless online critics expressing concern that such rapid weight loss was toxic and unsafe, Kardashian emphasized that her goal was simply to fit into the dress, and that she "didn’t do anything unhealthy" when working towards it.
In an interview on The Today Show last year, the Kardashians star said that she "cut out sugar, junk food and fried foods" from her diet.

In the months after the Met Gala, she also told her followers several times that she committed herself to daily, strenuous 5 a.m. workouts to sustain her reduced physique.
Despite this, Kardashian continues to receive criticism from her followers who accuse her of promoting unhealthy weight-loss methods like taking Ozempic. She has yet to respond to these fresh accusations.
