Kim Kardashian has always been known for her body, but after a recent Photoshop scandal, her fans are having a more challenging time figuring out how much of her physique is real and how much is edited for social media.
The SKIMS founder has been accused of posting a Photoshopped picture of her wearing some of her clothing line’s newest bikinis in a new ad campaign on social media. In a series of eye-catching images, fans couldn’t help but notice that one particular photo looked a little off, and called out both Kim and her photo editors in the comments. While it’s no secret that many celebrities edit their social media photos, followers are refusing to stay silent amid the swimwear release. Read more about the incident below.

Kim Shares New SKIMS Bikini Photos on Social Media
On Thursday, March 6th, the mom of four shared 11 photos from a professional shoot on Instagram in honor of her clothing company, SKIMS, and its latest collection of swimsuits. In the images from the photoshoot, which took place on a sunny beach, Kim can be seen lounging around in different bikinis and striking poses to show off the new items just in time for spring and summer.
After she shared that the SKIMS swimwear line is “back and bolder than ever,” fans were quick to examine the photos up close. While many followers praised the Kardashians star for her and her team’s swimsuit designs and the photoshoot, one picture gained negative attention rather quickly.
One of the photos is of the KKW Beauty creator posing on a shoreline with her hands placed in front of her while wearing blue bikini bottoms and a white cropped top. As fans zoomed in on the photo, they noticed that the bikini bottoms seem to awkwardly blend into her stomach in a way that does not look natural.

Fans Accuse Kim Of Photoshopping Her Recent Photos
Some of the American Horror Story star's 357M followers took to the comments section of her post to point out the alleged 'Photoshop mistake.'
In a since-deleted comment on Instagram, one person asked what was going on with Kim's "belly" in the blurry photo and asked the celebrity to "please fire this person who Photoshopped it."
Instagram wasn't the only platform people used to speak out against the SKIMS bikini photos. Several users on X shared similar sentiments, with one writing, "Photoshop goes hard here." Another follower responded to earlier pictures posted of the famous billionaire in one of her collection's animal-print two-pieces and commented, "One has to wonder if these are AI-generated images or completely Photoshop."
This certainly isn't the first time the media mogul and other members of her famous family have been accused of using Photoshop to make their photographs more appealing, and we can't imagine it will be the last. Just months ago, fans were convinced Kylie Jenner had altered the look of her arms in a picture with her children.
Despite everything, Kim is continuing to proudly promote her new clothes with more posts and even a massive parade float in New York City, seemingly ignoring the speculative comments.
