Kim reveals she got a lip tattoo on The Kardashians
The Skims founder and Appleton were chatting casually about his upcoming wedding when the revelation was made. "Something you don't know about me," she says, addressing the viewers of the show and pulling down on her lip to show her ink. "The night of SNL, when I hosted SNL, me and my friends all got matching tattoos and everyone got them on their hands,” she explained. "I was like, 'if there's not a shot, I will get a tattoo.'"
A flashback of the moment then appears on screen, with Kim in a tattoo chair addressing the camera, "This is how you celebrate SNL, with a little tattoo at 4:30 in the morning."
"Oh this is nothing," she says while the artists begins his work, but the camera then pans to Kim's hands, which are both tightly clenched, to with Kim responds with a middle finger to the camera.
"I finally put a bumper sticker on a Bentley," she laughed, looking into the camera.
Speaking about the tattoo, the mother-of-four says she sometimes forgets it’s there. "Every once in a while, I'll be flossing my teeth and I’ll see black and go, 'What's this black line?' Then I’ll be like, 'Oh, it’s my tattoo.'"

Many fans were shocked that Kim broke her cardinal rule of never putting "a bumper sticker on a Bentley," writing in the comment section of an Instagram clip of the episode, "I thought she said you didn’t put a bumper sticker on a Bentley!!' That’s been my 'no tattoos' mantra forever!! Now what?!"
"I thought we didn’t put bumper stickers on Bentley's?" another fan asked.
"Well, if Kim put a bumper sticker on a Bentley, that means it’s time for me to make an appointment at a tattoo parlor!" Looks like some fans will be going out to get tattoos in the near future!
