The latest pictures of the reality TV icon have left fans puzzled by the astonishing level of tone in her midriff, appearing almost unbelievably flawless. On August 17th, the mom of four published two mirror selfies to her Instagram which showed her extremely tiny waist while wearing a cropped tank top and pink sweatpants. The photos shocked her audience as they expressed that her waist looks very unnatural, and perhaps photoshop might be playing a role here.

In the two-part slideshow, Kim is seen posing in a tiny bathroom, could be a hotel or her private jet, while donning a teeny-tiny white crop top and baby-pink sweatpants. Her hair is styled in a sleek bun while her face had little to no makeup.

However, it was her oddly-shaped waistline and hips that caught everyone’s attention.
