Kim Kardashian Just Opened Up About Her Weight Loss Transformation On ‘Today’—’I’m Down 21 Lbs.’

Kim Kardashian’s dramatic weight loss wasn’t complete after the Met Gala!

Just one month after the mom of four shocked fans by revealing she had shed 16 lb. in just 3 weeks to fit into Marilyn Monroe’s iconic “Happy Birthday” dress for event, the reality TV star told stunned “Today” co-hosts Hoda Kotb and Savannath Guthrie that she has lost even more weight since.

The “Kardashians” star stopped by the morning show on Tuesday to plug her new skincare line, Skkn By Kim, and gave new details of her weight loss when asked about her controversial Met Ball prep.

No, it wasn’t a crash-diet or cover-up for plastic surgery, Kim maintained on the morning program that whittling down her already-tiny frame was part of a more meaningful “lifestyle change”–and that she feels better than ever.

The beauty mogul surprised fans when she dropped the bombshell that she didn't stop her super strict regime after the May red carpet event. In fact, she's lost 21 lb. since and has "more energy than ever," thanks to her "lifestyle change."

Kim's transformation was initiated when she received the rare opportunity to wear the dress, on loan from Ripley's, to the "Gilded Glamour"-themed 2022 Met Ball. Marilyn had worn the white beaded number in 1962 to sing “Happy Birthday” to then-president John F. Kennedy, and it had never been worn publicly since.

"I looked at it like a role and I really wanted to wear this dress," the aspiring attorney told Savannah and Hoda. "It was really important to me," she continued.

Revealing that she's maintained the weight loss--and lost more!--since the May event, Kim added, "Since then, afterwards, I continued to eat really healthy." Showing off her new physique a cropped white t-shirt and skintight satin pants, Kim completed her look with a platinum blonde bob and "glowey" tan (fresh off her vacay with Pete Davidson!).

"I'm down 21 lbs. now," the 41-year-old beauty confirmed. And although she says she's "not trying to lose any more weight," she has "more energy than ever." Wow, talk about a health benefit!

Cut Out Sugar & Fried Foods

So, exactly what is her diet plan? "I cut out so much sugar--a lot of junk food I was eating, I didn't realize, like a lot of fried foods." Well, that'll do it.

And Kim added how the experience was actually beneficial to her from a health perspective. "I just completely changed my lifestyle. It actually taught me a lot about my lifestyle and my health," she said. Wow!
