King Charles' Cancer Treatment Will Continue In 2025
Last week, King Charles joked with Sikh faith representative Harvinder Rattan about his health. After being asked how he's doing, the King candidly replied, "I'm still alive."
Shortly afterwards, a Buckingham Palace source told Sky News that the king's "treatment has been moving in a positive direction and as a managed condition the treatment cycle will continue into next year." While many fans were hoping to see a healthy King Charles step into the new year, most were comforted by the news that treatment has at least "been moving in a positive direction."
Royal Fans Worry For King Charles
Others, however, were not so assured. Many took to X, formerly Twitter, to react to the news, with many expressing their concerns over how well treatment could be going if it's still happening. "This doesn't sound good," one person tweeted. "I know cancer takes a long time to treat but I didn't think he would still be receiving treatment after nearly a year."
"I hope they are being truthful and that the King truly is doing well," another wrote hopefully.
"Is anyone else worried about King Charles?" another person added in response.
"Thinking of the King and his family during this holiday season," a final fan wrote. "May health and peace find you and Princess Catherine in the new year."
