Kourtney Kardashian isn’t afraid of showing her fans her real self! Just a few weeks after showing off her real body on Instagram – and shutting down any haters in expert fashion, of course – the 43-year-old Poosh founder posted a stunning makeup-free video of herself working out on her Instagram Story! And it didn’t look like she had *anything* to hide!
On Monday, October 3rd, the Kardashians star took a video of herself working out on her treadmill in her luxurious home gym, wearing a baggy grey sweater and seemingly not wearing a single drop of makeup. She appeared to be in great spirits in the video, sticking her tongue out and pulling more funny faces for the camera. Although she didn’t say anything in the short clip, Kourtney’s post seemed to be a promo for her Lemme vitamin brand, as she captioned the video: “Proud mom of Lemme.”
We love this new side of Kourtney, and think she looks better and more confident than ever! The mom-of-three recently spoke out about her new body-positive mindset after gaining 20-lbs following her IVF treatment, and said that her husband, 46-year-old Blink 182 drummer Travis Barker, helped her not only "embrace" the changes to her body, but also to "love" them!
"So obviously my body’s changed. But it was all of the hormones that the doctors put me on," Kourtney said on the latest episode of The Kardashians. "Eight months of IVF treatment has definitely taken a toll on my body mentally and physically. I think it’s taken me a lot to get me to the place of feeling really comfortable and happy with the changes."
She added: "Having a partner who is so supportive of me and always complimenting me, no matter what, it’s just helped me to really embrace the changes and actually to the point where I love the changes now."
