Kourtney Kardashian just shared her beauty routine for glowing skin—and we’re taking down notes.

In a recent article published on Poosh, a spokesperson took us through the makeup and skincare regimen of the 43-year-old reality star. As a disclaimer, they described the routine as “a day in the (non-glam) life of Kourt”—and by non-glam, they’re referring to the times the celebrity doesn’t have her trusted hair and makeup team. Post-workout: Oil Cleanse

Once her sweat sesh is done, Kourtney reportedly does an oil cleanse, “followed by her simple skincare routine for the day, which includes the Hora x Poosh Hyaluronic Halo + CBD Serum from [their] collab with Hora Skincare.”

Post-workout: Avocado Shake/Smoothie/Pudding

Nothing beats a post-workout drink! Poosh mentions that Kourtney prefers having an avocado-flavored shake, smoothie, or pudding. According to Amy Lippert, NTP, founder of Almond Milk and Cookies, avocados are rich in monounsaturated fat. As a result, this type of healthy fat “will help your body maintain its cholesterol levels by lowering the bad cholesterol (LDL) and keeping your good cholesterol (HDL) high.”

Light Makeup Routine

“Kourt never leaves the house without brushing her brows and curling her lashes. This is a non-negotiable for her,” Poosh notes. The outlet adds, “And then for just a dash of makeup, it’s concealer (or a light application of foundation) and bronzer—that’s it.”

Aside from the oxygenating foundation she currently uses, she also applies a bronzer “on her eyelids for some definition for the most no-makeup-makeup look.” Lastly, to keep the au naturel look with minimal makeup, Kourtney uses the Ritual Set face stamper once a month to maintain her skin’s natural healing response.
