The Kardashians Season 5 trailer brought with it some distressing news, as Kardashian matriarch and momager Kris Jenner revealed that a tumor was found during a recent body scan.

In the highly-anticipated trailer, which was released on May 8th, Jenner, 68, can be seen sitting down with her family and updating them on her health. “I had my scan,” she tells the family, which includes boyfriend Corey Gamble, and daughters Khloé Kardashian, Kendall Jenner, and Kylie Jenner, adding: “They found a cyst, and like, a little tumor.”

After Jenner tells her family the news, Khloé, 39, can be seen looking quite shocked, while the 28-year-old 818 Tequila founder rushes to younger sister Kylie to comfort her after she bursts into tears.

Naturally, fans were concerned for Jenner on social media, with many sending “prayers” to her and the rest of her family on various platforms. It’s currently not known where the tumor is, whether it is malignant, or if anything has been done to it since that moment was filmed towards the end of last year.

“Not me crying thinking about Kris having a tumor,” one fan wrote in the comments section of a Hulu Instagram post showing the trailer. “Please tell me the Kris news isn’t real, I don’t want to cry,” wrote another, followed by two crying emojis. “I hope Kris is ok,” a third fan wrote, followed by a teardrop emoji.

What Else Is In The 'Kardashians' Trailer?

Jenner's health news isn't the only thing to be teased in the explosive trailer. It also shows the Kardashian/Jenner family at fashion week, briefly discusses Kendall Jenner's anxiety and Khloé Kardashian's post-Tristan-Thompson love life, and covers Kourtney Kardashian's emergency fetal surgery, which she had when she was pregnant with her and Travis Barker's son, Rocky.

"This is really crazy, so I just want Kourtney to be OK," an emotional Kris tells the camera after receiving a video call from Kourtney telling her about the surgery. Talking about the surgery in her confessional, Kourtney revealed: "I had to go in for fetal surgery, which was terrifying."

Season 5 of The Kardashians premieres May 23rd on Hulu, and we are counting down the days!
