Kristin Cavallari revealed that she weighed just 102 pounds during her marriage to Jay Cutler, which lasted from 2013 to 2022, and said the extreme weight loss was down to stress and unhappiness.

The 37-year-old Laguna Beach alum made the shocking confession on the Tuesday, June 11th episode of her Let’s Be Honest podcast, after a fan asked her a question about her super-slim appearance on her Very Cavallari show, which ran from 2018 to 2020.

Kristin Cavallari Opens Up About Her ‘Very Thin’ Frame During Jay Cutler Marriage

The mom of three spoke about her appearance on the show and said: “I was very thin. I’ll put it in perspective for you guys. I’m 5’3”. I currently weigh 114 pounds. Filming Very Cavallari I got down to 102.”

Interestingly, the blonde beauty and The Hills alum stressed that she didn’t take any drastic measures to keep her weight so low during the show. “I was eating the same amount of food that I’m eating now,” she confessed, before telling listeners that the only difference between then and now is her happiness!

“The difference was I was so unhappy and so stressed out," she confessed, while reflecting on her marriage to the 41-year-old former NFL star and her time on the show. "I look back at photos from that time period and I am like, 'Holy [expletive]'! I was rail [expletive] thin. I was skin and bones. I looked like [expletive.]"

"I think I look so much better now," she continued, adding: "And you guys, that was just stress. That was being in a really unhappy marriage, quite honestly. Literally, I was so unhappy and I had way too much on my plate."

Kristin Cavallari Credits Happiness And Exercise With Her Healthy New Appearance

As well as getting out of her unhappy marriage – she recently went Instagram official with her new boyfriend, 24-year-old TikTok star Mark Estes, FYI – the Uncommon James designer also credited exercise for her "much better" present day appearance.

"Now, I'm just taking care of myself in so many more ways too," she explained on the podcast. "I work out with a trainer one day a week, lifting really heavy weights," she continued. "And then I usually work out three to four [other] times. So I work out four to five times a week, one time with a trainer. I lift weights on my own two to three more times… I think with the gym, it's consistency."
