We’re all getting a little stir crazy in quarantine, aren’t we? Sure, restrictions have loosened drastically since lock-down measures first started in March, but it can be safe to say that everyone misses the way things used to be – and some people miss it more than others.
Kylie Jenner, for one, missed traveling so much that she decided go for a luxurious getaway to celebrate her 23rd birthday – despite the fact that her locale of choice is restricted for travel.
That's right - the youngest member of the Kardashian-Jenner clan was caught traveling in the pandemic.
The beauty entrepreneur took a vacation to Turks and Caicos to ring in her birthday last week, and shared her adventures on her Instagram.
The U.S. government currently warns against travel to Turks and Caicos due to health and safety measures and COVID-related conditions, strongly urging people to reconsider unnecessary travel to the destination.
The state of California - Jenner's home - also urges residents against traveling out of the state and returning home. But it seems Jenner has thrown caution to the wind and travelled anyway, despite the warnings.
Jenner posted a shot standing on a beach at sunset with daughter, Stormi, on August 12. She captioned it "No place I'd rather be," so it seems that she believed her birthday trip to Turks and Caicos was worth breaking travel restrictions.
