The Kardashian/Jenners will never stop creating backlash, will they?! Just a few days after causing a stir at Paris Fashion Week for attending the Schiaparelli Spring/Summer 2023 Haute Couture show in a strapless black evening gown with a fake but very realistic lion’s head attached to it – creative director Daniel Roseberry called it “faux-taxidermy” FYI – Kylie Jenner has once again been slammed for another risky ensemble in the French capital!

The 25-year-old Kylie Cosmetics founder looked great, for the most part, in her striking figure-hugging bright blue long-sleeved maxi dress from the Givenchy Pre-Fall ’23 collection, accessorized with some Barbiecore pink glitter Shark Lock boots. However, it was another accessory that caused huge backlash, as the billionaire beauty mogul wore Givenchy’s controversial noose necklace from its Spring 2022 collection that debuted in 2021, which understandably did *not* go down well on social media!

Social Media Slams Kylie For Wearing Controversial Givenchy Noose Necklace
“Wearing this two years after, when her stylist knows how people felt about it… is a CHOICE. A really gross one,” one angry Reddit user wrote. “This is disgusting omg,” added another, while another suggested that Kylie *knew* what she was doing by wearing it. “I think she’s intentionally wearing things that will make headlines,” the user wrote. “Considering nothing else about her outfit is noteworthy, I think she is doing it to be incendiary. She deserves to be criticized but it’s also what she wants,” they added.

“This family really needs to educate themselves on black history considering 9 of their kids/nieces/nephews/grandkids are biracial. There’s really no excuse for this stuff, they have all the resources to learn if they want to,” noted another. “I have defended a lot of Kylie’s clothing choices but this one is really not defendable. It’s in terrible taste, she’s not dumb enough to claim she can’t tell it’s a noose,” speculated another.

“She probably just puts on whatever she’s told to and I highly doubt she’d even make the connection if she thought it looked like a noose. Especially in this case when Kylie has two black children I kinda just think she’s not educated enough to realize what it stands for,” someone else wrote, in reference to her four-year-old daughter Stormi and 11-month-old son Aire, who she shares with ex Travis Scott. Another user directly replied to the comment, saying, “Because she has two black kids, she should educate herself and do better.”
Twitter Slams Kylie For Being 'Out Of Touch'
"She's so out of touch. Lives in her sheltered, selfie, mirror hugging world," another critic wrote, this time on Twitter, where as you can imagine many more people shared their less-than-complimentary opinions on the mom-of-two's accessory. "Kylie Jenner wearing a noose necklace is disgusting, this woman has no shame at all, is she picking her outfits on purpose knowing very well they will create controversy?" someone else asked on the platform, while another said, "Wearing that noose necklace 'for fashion week' is disgusting and I think she should be the next getting cancelled for it."
My question is, who is still looking to @KylieJenner for morals & decency? That’s who I have the problem with!

Another fan agreed, writing, "Seems Kylie's stylist is on a mission to cancel her." "@KylieJenner the noose necklace was in very bad taste. Read The 1619 Project," said another, in a message directed at Kylie herself. "My question is, who is still looking to @KylieJenner for morals & decency? That’s who I have the problem with!" exclaimed another. "Since the Kardashians/Jenners don't have singles, movies, etc to keep them in the limelight, they have to come up with controversies like this so people don't forget about them," quipped another. "Most of this family is beyond tacky so why is it surprising?" questioned another.
