Kylie Jenner has a pretty good reason to be mad at Drake after he referred to her as a “side piece” in a song. The song, an unreleased track with Future, got everyone talking when it was shared during an Instagram Live vide.

In the song, Drake refers to Kylie in an unflattering way. He raps, "Yeah, I’m a hater to society / Real s—t, Kylie Jenner that’s a side piece."
He continues, "Yeah, I got 20 motherf—kin’ Kylies."
Considering Kylie and Drake are friends who have been romantic in the past, these lyrics got a lot of attention right away with many people wondering if Drake was trying to insult Kylie in the song.
Drake and Kylie were linked in November 2019 when a source confirmed their relationship to Us Weekly, "Kylie and Drake’s friendship did take a romantic turn recently."
Drake was quick to respond to those wondering about the lyrics. The rapper explained in an Instagram story, "A song that [M]ark ran last night on night owl sound live set shouldn’t have been played. It’s a song that leaked 3 years ago and got scrapped shortly after. He was just going too deep in the Drake/Future catalogue."
He continued, "Last thing I’d want to do is wake up having any friends of mine feeling disrespected so I just had to say that to start off the day."
Despite being called a "side piece," Kylie does not seem to mind Drake's lyrics.
An insider told Us Weekly, "Kylie was not upset about Drake referring to her as a ‘side piece’ in his new song and she really doesn’t care."
