When it comes to making an epic entrance on the red carpet, Lady Gaga never disappoints, and the “Stupid Love” singer’s latest ensemble is no exception.
For the May 23rd premiere of her HBO concert film Gaga Chromatica Ball in Los Angeles, the Grammy winner and style icon, 38, donned a head-turning white Selva dress adorned with intricate zipper and hole-shaped details.
Gaga added a matching white car part that she wore draped over her shoulders and across her body, drawing eyes to her waist. Soon after her appearance, the “Bad Romance” hitmaker explained in an Instagram post that it was indeed a “car part,” but she couldn’t say exactly what kind as she’s “not a mechanic.”

The Haus Labs mogul also bid adieu to her signature platinum blonde tresses and unveiled a darker, edgy black color and daring baby bangs.
The “Just Dance” artist completed her look with platform white heels. As for her makeup look, the Joker: Folie à Deux star opted for smokey, rosy eyeshadow, black winged and smudged liner, voluminous lashes, radiant blush and dark berry lipstick hue.
Regarding her premiere get-up, Gaga explained in an IG post for her 56.4 million followers: “On the red carpet I told them it was a car part. They said what kind and I said I don’t know, I’m not a mechanic.”

Later that evening, the House of Gucci actress slipped into a strikingly new attire, carefully selected for the Q&A session at the premiere.
A magnificent black gown with an intricate sculpted lace top that elegantly clung to her shoulders adorned her form, exuding an aura of refined glamor. Gaga completed the ensemble with a matching eye mask, further accentuating her allure and mystique.
Gaga Chromatica Ball premiered on HBO on May 25th and is now available to stream via Max. The film follows Gaga as she takes the stage in front of a packed audience of 52,000 at the Dodger Stadium in LA during her electrifying 2022 Chromatica Ball Tour.
The HBO Original concert special features heartfelt piano renditions of Gaga's most beloved tracks, mesmerizing choreography, dazzling pyrotechnics, and a variety of iconic costume changes that are sure to leave fans giving Gaga a round of applause.
