Khloé Kardashian seems to have a lot of people in her corner following the news that Tristan Thompson fathered a child with 31-year-old fitness model Maralee Nichols on his 30th birthday while he was still in a relationship with the 37-year-old Good American founder.
Not only did Khloé have a close friend and ally in her sister Kourtney Kardashian’s ex, Scott Disick, who made his less-than-complimentary thoughts about the Sacramento Kings player very clear, but it looks like her ex-husband Lamar Odom – who she was married to between 2009 and 2016 – is also supporting her publicly too!
The former Los Angeles Lakers player shared his thoughts on a Facebook page that had re-posted a picture of Tristan's very public apology to Khloé, which he made on his Instagram Story on January 3rd. And we have to admit, we weren’t expecting Lamar to be so open! According to the Instagram account 'Comments By Celebs' the 42-year-old retired professional basketball player said: "I truly wish nothing but the best for her and I'm hoping we can reconnect and talk one day as friends." The former pro athlete then went on to say: "She is a good person and deserves the world." Aww! We love it when exes still say nice things about each other!
According to TMZ – who reportedly asked Odom about the Khloé and Tristan drama while he and his manager were at the Atlanta Fish Market in Buckhead on Wednesday, January 12th – the former NBA star hasn’t actually reached out to his ex wife yet, but reportedly said that now would be a great time to give her a hug. And while he didn't go into any more detail about the cheating scandal, Odom did reportedly say, "he's corny," in reference to Tristan's recent behavior. Yikes!
