Leaked Memo Reveals The Fan-Favorite Items That Are Leaving Wendy’s Menu In 2023

To make room for some new menu items this spring, Wendy’s is reportedly bidding adieu to several beloved meals and snacks.
As seen in an unverified company memo that was recently leaked on the chain’s subreddit, the fast food company will allegedly be removing the Southwest Avocado Chicken Salad, Sunburst Melon Natural Lemonade, and Grilled Chicken Sandwiches from its menu, soon.
Here’s what we know about the supposed replacements:
Wendy’s seems to be changing their approach to salad making, as the memo also reveals, and the user who posted the document to Reddit clarified that the company is scrapping its usual grilled chicken.
Instead, as Eat This, Not That reports, Wendy’s will now allegedly bring in pre-cooked and chopped grilled chicken in its place to use in salads and wraps.

While Wendy’s has yet to confirm or deny if the memo is real, fans are preparing to say farewell to the chain’s Southwest Avocado Chicken Salad, Sunburst Melon Natural Lemonade, and Grilled Chicken Sandwiches.
As for what is rumored to come to your favorite Wendy’s establishment instead, the memo notes that the following new items will arrive in restaurants on March 28, 2023: “a new Grilled Chicken Ranch Wrap, Grilled Chicken Cobb Salad, and Blueberry Pomegranate Lemonade.”
While the memo didn’t provide any specific details regarding the new items, it stressed they were “sure to be new customer favorites, delivering on fresh, new flavors for the season.”
