It's essential that you get enough protein in your diet, which equals out to about 46 daily grams of protein for women. It can definitely be tricky trying to figure out what lean proteins you should eat, especially when that protein shake is just an arm's reach away. There are four lean proteins you should include in your diet to get a flat stomach fast.

Salmon
Salmon is one of the best lean proteins you can regularly eat to burn off extra fat. This darker meat fish helps to regulate metabolism and reduce inflammation. Salmon is also a flat belly food since its omega-3 fatty acids are believed by researchers to burn fat.
Turkey
You definitely want to watch the meat you buy at the grocery store the next time you go shopping. There are specific lean meats that will give you all of the healthy protein you need. You should stick to turkey, or meats that have less than 10 grams of total fat.
Quinoa
Quinoa can be your go-to for protein that you can sneak it many meals, like salads for example. The seed has a whopping 8 grams of protein per cup. Quinoa is also packed with fiber, potassium, and calcium, among other nutrients-- as if that much protein wasn't enough.
Beans
Beans are also a healthy source of protein. Beans have the amino acid lysine which is why they're considered a source of protein apart from vegetables. You can also serve beans up with lots of veggies and rice for an extra nutritional meal.
