Former federal prosecutor Glenn Kirschner predicted last week that Donald Trump will “sell out” members of his own family if he’s indicted. This, as Newsweek reports, includes his daughter Ivanka Trump and son-in-law Jared Kushner.
The twice-impeached former president, 76, (who will be running in the 2024 GOP presidential primary) is facing multiple investigations into his conduct in the later days of his presidency. This includes alleged attempts to overthrow the 2020 presidential election, and whether he inappropriately stored classified documents at his Mar-a-Lago residence.

Why Trump Might ‘Sell Out’ His Daughter & Son-In-Law If Indicted
While Trump has yet to be formally charged with a crime, legal experts are still stressing that there is a threat of a possible indictment for him. Kirschner, the legal analyst, appeared on The Stephanie Miller Show and warned that Trump could turn on some of his family.
He suggested that Trump could offer information about Ivanka, 41, and Kushner, 42. The two worked as advisers during the Trump administration, and Trump might “sell them out” in hopes of earning a plea deal.
Kirschner said, “Do you think he’s going to stand up for anybody about whom he has dirt? Are you kidding me? He will sell out everybody, including, I believe, his family members. Jared, perhaps even Ivanka in order to get himself a better deal. Because that’s who Donald Trump is. He’s going to go to the art of the deal to the art of the plea deal.”

Trump Expected To 'Give Up Everybody' To Save Himself
In an episode of Kirschner's Justice Matters podcast last week, he explained why he truly believes that Trump will be indicted, potentially first in the Georgia probe into his alleged attempt to block the state's 2020 election results. Kirschner noted that he thinks Trump will "give up everybody to try to save himself."
The podcaster went on, "That's what narcissists do. They sacrifice everybody else to save themselves, even if it's only to save themselves one year in prison, one day in prison, one hour in prison. Or maybe just for spite, because they deserve to be thrown under the bus."
Kirschner's prediction of Trump throwing his daughter and son-in-law under the bus comes just as Ivanka and Kushner were called to testify in a significant Trump investigation.
The Department of Justice (DOJ) investigation into the former president's conduct regarding the 2020 presidential election subpoenaed the two to testify about what they know about Trump's involvement in the January 6, 2021 U.S. Capitol building riot by his supporters.
