Lily James underwent a huge, almost mind-blowing transformation for her role as Pamela Anderson in Hulu’s Pam and Tommy, but the 33-year-old actress also appears to have undergone a more permanent transformation in real-life too!

Perhaps Lily was inspired by the iconic Baywatch star and made a decision to give herself some not-so-subtle cosmetic treatments, as fans have suggested that she may have undergone everything from lip fillers to face fillers to Botox, to name just three in a long list of alleged treatments, as she is looking almost unrecognizable these days!

Social media is rife with before and after pictures of the Cinderella star (not including the facial prosthetics she had to wear for her transformation into Pamela, of course) that prove that she is looking like a different person these days. The comments to a series of side by side comparison pictures (our favorites!) posted on the @truthaboutfaves Instagram account are all in unanimous agreement that the Downton Abbey actress has undergone some *huge* facial changes!

“Every single photo looks like a different person,” one fan commented, while many others said that they preferred her more natural appearance at the start of her career. “I loved how she looked but now she looks like everyone else,” wrote one fan. “She actually looked stunning naturally,” added another. “She looked pretty and cute before, now just like all the other celebrities who changed their appearance,” another fan commented. “She was peeeerfect,” said another. “She looked better before,” someone else stated.

However, some fans were actually on board with the changes. "I like her lips they look nice and suit her so well I hope she keep them like this," praised one fan. "She did something to her jawline. i think she looks amazing," complimented another.

Others thought she looked more like other celebs instead of herself, with one fan saying, "I thought that was j lo in the last pic," and another concurring, writing, "She looks like JLo now." "Why is Lily James morphing into J-Lo?" questioned another IG user. Another fan thought she looked like another A-list beauty, adding, "Kind of looks like Hailee Bieber."

So what kind of cosmetic treatments has James actually been rumored to have had? While her nose doesn’t appear to have changed much, the same can't be said for her lips, which seem to be one of the most obvious changes. Fans have speculated that Lily has had lip filler to give her a much plumper pout, which is very obvious when side by side before and after pictures are examined.

Although still gorgeous, Lily's eyes appear to have changed, with lots of speculation of anything from an eyebrow lift to eyelid surgery. And as far as Lily's glowing complexion goes, many fans think that she has joined many, many A-listers in the facial fillers and Botox camp (but let's scrap Simon Cowell from that list as the America's Got Talent judge sensationally revealed that he has quit for good!) as her face is looking plumper and tighter than it once was. Some of the changes could be attributed to age or a different makeup-artist of course, but others are more than likely due to alleged cosmetic or plastic surgeon intervention. But we guess we'll never know for sure!
