There once was a time when Lily-Rose Depp was one half of Hollywood’s most famous young couple with Timothée Chalamet at her side after meeting on set of The King back in 2019. When the pair split in April 2020 fans were heartbroken, with rumors of a reunion briefly cropping up early this year. However, hopes of the couple’s reunion have now been put to rest, with photos emerging on Monday of Depp engaged in a passionate liplock with actor Austin Butler just months after she was allegedly spotted shopping with Chalamet.
In photos obtained by Daily Mail the 22-year-old actress can be seen in a passionate embrace with 29-year-old Butler who split from his longtime girlfriend Vanessa Hudgens in January 2020. Enjoying a night out in London, the couple walked hand in hand before stopping for a quick makeout on their stroll. This is the first time the loved up pair have been spotted together, and earlier in the day they were seen greeting a friend after arriving outside of a London restaurant.
Depp and Butler first met in 2016 on the set of the film Yoga Hosers, but at the time Butler was in a nearly 5 year relationship with Hudgens. However, the pair evidently reunited now that they are both single, despite rumors of a reunion with Chalamet in April.
Depp and her former The King co-star dated from 2019-2020 in a low publicity romance. The pair attempted to keep a low profile, but in September 2019 photos of the couple emerged passionately kissing on a yacht following Cannes, which Chalamet later said “embarrassed” him.
In the photos of Butler and Depp, the young actress looked effortlessly stunning with her long blonde waves flowing down her back, wearing a tight fitting white tee shirt, plain jeans, and a simple white Chanel purse to accentuate the chic outfit. Butler, who had dyed his hair black for his role of Elvis in the upcoming musical biopic, was back to his natural blonde roots, wearing a plain denim button down and matching jeans for the night out. Young love!
