Lisa Vanderpump Tells Us How She Plans To 'Immerse' Fans In 'Another World' At Her New Las Vegas Restaurant, Pinky's
Vanderpump's new eatery, as seen in exclusive shots below, features flamingo and flapper artwork, sparkling furniture, lavish carpeting, feather-adorned lighting, and green crystal chandeliers.
Pinky's by Vanderpump, named after the television personality's nickname, marks her third establishment on The Strip in Las Vegas.
It follows the success of her other nearby venues, Vanderpump à Paris at Paris Las Vegas and Vanderpump Cocktail Garden at Caesars Palace. This new restaurant features unique light fixtures, custom-designed by Alain.
Vanderpump and her long-time collaborator Alain created a space dominated by blush pink tones. On the menu, Vanderpump introduces signature cocktails, offering fresh twists on the classic martini.
She tells SheFinds more about her fondness for the extravagant and unforgettable Shrimp Cocktail, which includes white wine-poached shrimp, bloody mary cocktail sauce, and tajin.
The menu also offers a variety of distinctive dishes, such as goat cheese balls with strawberries and hot honey as appetizers, parmesan caesar salads as part of the "light and lovely" options, and truffled mac and cheese and mini lobster rolls among the "main squeezes," to name a few.
"All of the menu goes through me," Vanderpump tells us. She adds that she selects every item along with her daughter, Pandora Vanderpump Sabo.
"I choose everything with Pandora. I think the menu is very playful and visual. I even like the way we present the Shrimp Cocktail with ginormous shrimp and the dry ice and the steam coming out of it," she adds.
As for Vanderpump's wishes for each visitor, she hopes everyone leaves Pinky's with a "feel good" and luxurious dining experience. "I hope they feel that they're immersed into another world," Vanderpump says while pouring tea from a pink teapot into a matching ornate mug.
Regarding the location of her new eatery, she explains: "To me, Vegas is the playground of America or of the world, arguably. I hope they take a memory back, that they've been immersed in something exquisite and everywhere they look, there are details."
When Vanderpump thinks about the dining experience at Pinky's, three words immediately spring to mind that she hopes fans will associate with it. "Decadent, playful and delicious," she says with a beaming smile.
Pinky's by Vanderpump has officially opened its doors at Flamingo Las Vegas for in-person dining. The restaurant is currently featuring its drink and main courses, with a brunch menu set to debut shortly.
