Lizzo has rendered fans speechless with her super-impressive weight loss transformation, which is believed to be around 60 lbs. at the time of writing.
The 36-year-old “About Damn Time” singer hasn’t been shy about letting fans in on her weight loss journey, either, and has regularly shared updates from the gym alongside motivational messages to inspire them on their own fitness journeys. However, that hasn’t stopped some critics from accusing her of using controversial weight loss drug Ozempic to slim down.
Lizzo's Personal Trainer Shuts Down Ozempic Accusations
The "2 Be Loved" singer's personal trainer, Shaun T, is not here for the Ozempic accusations, and made sure to shut the rumors down while recently talking with TMZ.
"The accusations are wildly annoying," Shaun T reportedly told the website, adding: "I think that generally people think because now something is available and popular, they're not going to give people props. People would rather hate before they give people props."
He went on to praise his client's fitness, and confirmed: "I have trained Lizzo. Like, I have worked out with her, I have danced with her. Lizzo is very fit. People think, like, just because someone's like a quote unquote plus size person there, they're not fit."

Fan Comments
Many of Lizzo's fans took to social media to praise Shaun T's work, and the results that can be achieved through working with him or doing one of his programs. "If Shaun T is her trainer, then she doesn't need Ozempic," quipped one fan.
"Y'all must not know about Shaun T, I did 'Insanity' for a month and a half one time in my 20s and lost like 25 pounds," confirmed a second. "You have Shaun T you don't need Ozempic. Just watching his 'Insanity' infomercial makes me lose 5 pounds," echoed a third, followed by the crying laughing emoji.
"I did 'Beach Body' and had a beach body. The man is the truth," noted a fourth. "I believe him because she doesn't have that Ozempic face, lookin real good girl," praised a fifth.
"If you follow her account, you would know the amount of work she's been putting in for MONTHS. Maybe even year at this point. People and their assumptions," wrote another, followed by the eye rolling emoji. "That's definitely NOT Ozempic... Ozempic have that bobble head look. She's doing it naturally," wrote another fan.
