Although Lori Loughlin returned home from prison on December 28, the ordeal is not yet over for her husband, Mossimo Giannulli. And the rest of the family is still worried as Giannulli is reportedly “having a rough time in prison.”

Keep reading for more details.

A source spoke to Us Weekly about Giannulli's experience in prison, which has been a challenge for the fashion designer.

The source explained, "He is allowed to call his daughters and son; those are the only good parts of his day."

"He tries to sound strong for his children, but because of fear of a COVID outbreak, he has been spending almost all his time in his cell, which has been very mentally taxing," the insider continued.

The 57-year-old has been using the time in prison to read, communicate with family, and make plans for the future. "Mossimo is spending his time reading, writing letters to his family and planning future business ventures," the insider said.

He has also been using prayer to cope: "Mossimo is also a man of God and has been turning to prayer when he feels weak."

The rest of the family is still worried and "stressed" for Mossimo despite being happy about Lori's release.

A source told People magazine,"She is very relieved and happy to be home."

"She has felt stressed about Mossimo, but got an update that he is doing OK," the insider added.

COVID adds another layer of stress to their situation though Lori is attempting to stay optimistic

The source explained, "[Giannulli] has also been isolated because of COVID. This whole nightmare won't stop completely until Mossimo is released too. But Lori still seems positive. She spent yesterday with her girls and she is looking forward to the new year."
