Thomas says to select a single serving of your favorite yogurt. Opt for one that is low in added sugars and additives, as many commercially made yogurts contain extra ingredients that increase calorie content.

She mixes 1 tablespoon of cheesecake jello mix and 1 tablespoon of cool whip into the yogurt cup. Then, in a small Tupperware container, she layers half of a graham cracker, half of the pudding mixture, sliced bananas, and repeats the process once more, finishing with another layer of half a graham cracker.

On top of the cracker, she drizzles 1-2 tablespoons of melted frosting and sprinkles some crushed cracker. After leaving the mixture overnight, the crackers soften, creating a cake-like texture when served cold from the fridge.

This dessert contains 350 calories and provides 15 grams of protein. By using low-calorie yogurt and minimizing added sugars and additives, the base of this dessert is relatively low in calories compared to traditional desserts.

The yogurt and cheesecake jello mix contribute to a decent amount of protein in this dessert. Protein helps promote satiety and can aid in weight management by reducing overall calorie intake. Bananas and Graham crackers provide a moderate amount of dietary fiber, which can aid in digestion and help you feel full and satisfied without consuming excess calories.
