In the bustling world of coffee culture, Starbucks stands as a ubiquitous beacon for caffeine enthusiasts seeking an array of beverages to satisfy their cravings. While the allure of Starbucks drinks is undeniable, the downside often lies in their potential for high-calorie content, thanks to indulgent ingredients and syrups.
However, amid this calorie-laden landscape, there are so many possibilities for those mindful of their health goals.
With a bit of customization and a keen eye on ingredient choices, savvy Starbucks customers can craft delicious and low-calorie alternatives that not only tantalize the taste buds but also align with a more health-conscious lifestyle.

65-Calorie Vanilla Bean Ice Cream Espresso
Logan shares that this drink “is like a vanilla bean ice cream espresso” and is a great low-calorie option compared to other Starbucks drinks that are loaded with sugar and high-calories.
“You just need to ask for a grande iced shaken espresso with no classic and then get almond milk, a scoop of vanilla bean powder, 2 pumps of sugar-free vanilla, and add stevia,” she says.
The coffee is her favorite low-calorie drink but she also notes that “it’s really good with oat milk [too] but that’s going to add about 40 calories;” however, Logan explains that since the drink is already low calorie, it won’t hurt too much to add that extra flavor.
Fans that tried the drink approved of it in the comment section. One user said, “I got this drink and i have to say 10/10.”
“Just ordered and it’s so good,” wrote another user.
