Ingredients: rotisserie chicken, salt + pepper, onion powder + garlic powder, broccoli, ranch dressing (she used her high protein recipe), Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, Crispy bacon, Optional: chili flakes
Mayra sprays her oven-friendly dish with some avocado oil, then tosses in the broccoli along with her choice of seasonings. She then layers the shredded grilled/rotisserie chicken on top and spreads a generous layer of her homemade ranch dressing all over that. Some parm, mozzarella, and bacon bits go on top, and you’re good to bake until it’s ready. That’s it!
