Madonna stopped by The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon to promote her latest compilation record, Finally Enough Love: 50 Number Ones and sparked online debates between fans on everything from her rumored plastic surgery and shiny grills to her love for Kendrick Lamar. While we think the “Vogue” hitmaker, 63 looked radiant with subtle blush, nude lipstick, her signature bold eyeliner and long blonde tresses worn down, some users on Twitter were quick to guess that she had fillers.

“Can Madonna stop with the fillers please” wrote one fan along with a video of the “Holiday” icon on the late night show as someone else dubbed her outfit (a black tee, blue sweatpants, elbow length lace gloves and chain jewelry) to be “scary.” Another pointed out that her grills looked “strange” while other fans praised the singer’s look, deeming it “daring,” “edgy,” and “fashion forward as she always is.”

The pop superstar jokingly gave Fallon a “butch” handbag during her time on the show, and also noted that Kendrick Lamar is the artist she wants to work with next while praising his latest record, Mr. Morale & the Big Steppers. Madonna also played a “naughty game” with Fallon in which the two hilariously had to come up with an “inappropriate” word for each letter of the alphabet.

On Instagram, the official Tonight Show account shared clips of Madonna on the show, including videos of her performing a live rendition of “Music” with Fallon and The Roots as well as another of her discussing her first-ever MTV Awards performance of “Like A Virgin.” The comments on these posts were still very polarizing and gave two different takes.

One user commented, “1980’s Madonna we loved. Sadly, she is not comfortable with aging, this is uncomfortable to watch,” while responding to another suggesting she had recent fillers while someone else wrote that she is “Still an ICON.” Whether Madonna has underwent recent surgery or not, there’s no denying that her musical and fashion legacy is “iconic,” and that she will “always be beautiful in her own way” as another wrote.
