Madonna, who is currently captivating her fans with her electrifying ‘Celebration’ tour across the globe, recently shared a series of pictures that captured her preparations before the shows and her moments of relaxation post-concerts, alongside some stunning footage from her performances.
While the first photo in the collection, a perfectly-lit selfie, garnered much adoration from her fans, some were of the opinion that she appeared “different,” owing to the ongoing rumors of plastic surgery and Botox treatments. The 7-time Grammy winner, 65, captioned her January 11th post for her 19.2 million followers: “Before, during and after………….BTS! #madonnacelebrationtour.”

Madonna Faces Plastic Surgery & Botox Accusations After Sharing New IG Selfies
In the first selfie of the roundup, the “Holiday” hitmaker posed in a chic, strapless sheer corset top with black lace detailing and matching opera-length gloves. She added a shimmering silver choker necklace with a floral pendant to complete her look. The Queen of Pop wore her light blonde tresses down, parted in the center and styled sleek-straight.
As for her makeup look, Madonna sported black winged liner, glittery rose-gold eyeshadow, sky-high lashes, rosy blush on her high cheekbones and a glossy pink pout. Fans headed to the “La Isla Bonita” singer’s comments section to share their thoughts. Some noted that it looked like she had used a filter to digitally alter the image.

“Why does she need to FaceApp every pic. I think she looks beautiful on tour and looks great for someone 65,” one wrote. Some followers also thought she may have gotten Botox injections recently, with one commenting: “botoxed to the moon.”
Another added: “Madonna please stop using filters and stop the plastic surgery. Grow old gracefully.” Someone else replied: “I wish Madonna still looked like Madonna.” Others, however, praised her glam look and style icon status, as one wrote: “invented glam” and one other chimed in: “you’re so beautiful, and you look absolutely incredible!”

The “Material Girl” artist has been accused of undergoing plastic surgery and Botox treatments multiple times before.
In response to criticism about her appearance at the 2023 Grammy Awards, she addressed the issue publicly last year. “Once again I am caught in the glare of ageism and misogyny that permeates the world we live in,” she wrote on Instagram following the award ceremony.
“A world that refuses to celebrate women past the age of 45 and feels the need to punish her if she continues to be strong-willed, hard-working, and adventurous.”

Madonna continued her message (and many fans resonated with it since she shared it), writing: “I have never apologized for any of the creative choices I have made nor the way that I look or dress and I’m not going to start. I look forward to many more years of subversive behavior — pushing boundaries [and] standing up to the patriarchy — and most of all enjoying my life. Bow down b—s!”
