Despite initially saying that she wasn’t seeking fame or “media attention” following the birth of her and Tristan Thompson’s baby, Maralee Nichols has wasted no time in showing off her post-pregnancy body in a series of photos and a boomerang video which she shared to her Instagram account on Thursday, February 3rd.
The 31-year-old fitness model and personal trainer captioned a video of herself posing for a mirror selfie in a skin-tight pair of leggings and a matching crop top. She captioned it: “Back to my pre-baby weight.” The picture, which was of herself showing off her flexibility in a yoga pigeon pose, was captioned, “9 weeks postpartum.” Is she trying to get Tristan’s – or another person’s – attention with these pictures?
Nichols gave birth to a baby boy on December 1st, and Thompson was proven to be the father following the results of a DNA test which he insisted on. It's believed that the baby was conceived on the night of the Sacramento Kings player's 30th birthday party, while he was in a relationship with 37-year-old Good American founder Khloé Kardashian.
Thompson confessed to cheating on Khloé after the paternity test results proved he was the father of Nichols' baby in an Instagram Story. "Today, paternity test results reveal that I fathered a child with Maralee Nichols," the basketball player wrote at the time. "I take full responsibility for my actions. Now that paternity has been established I look forward to amicably raising our son."
Tristan also apologized to Khloé – who is the mother of his four year-old daughter True Thompson – at the same time, adding: "Khloé, you don’t deserve this. You don’t deserve the heartache and humiliation I have caused you. You don’t deserve the way I have treated you over the years. I have the utmost respect and love for you. Regardless of what you may think. Again, I am so incredibly sorry."
