The “Always Be My Baby” singer and style icon, 55, added a silver chain statement necklace for her first post of the year, and shared three sultry shots in her glimmering outfit.
Carey posed in front of oversized silver balloons and a Christmas tree in Aspen, Colorado, captioning the carousel upload for her 14 million followers: “Happy New Year!!!!!!” Naturally, fans couldn’t get enough and headed to the comments section to share their thoughts on her ensemble.

This followed speculation about Carey and Anderson .Paak‘s relationship when they were spotted holding hands in the wintry city. Nevertheless, sources confirm that they are not in a romantic relationship but are collaborating on new music. Beneath Carey’s above post, one fan wrote: “ur gorgeous” as another added that the “Hero” hitmaker “hasn’t aged a day.”
