Megan Fox is leaving the past (and her relationship with Brian Austin Green) behind. The Jennifer’s Body star just covered up a tattoo once dedicated to her ex-husband, and got a new design on her hip to replace it. While the Transformers alum used to have a fine line tat that read “Austin,” she now has an abstract snake adorned with flowers in that area.

On July 12th, the owner of Syzygy Precision Tattooing in Los Angeles (where Fox sat down for new ink) shared a photo of the mom of three‘s new tat on Instagram. He wrote: “Coverup tattoo for @meganfox.”

Fox’s artist continued, captioning a pic of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles actress’s torso with the new design on her hip: “Was able to completely hide the old tattoo underneath the new snake and flowers she wanted… very grateful for all of the opportunity tattooing has given me and all of the cool people I’ve met along the way. Thanks for your trust @meganfox.”

Green announced that he and Fox had split in May 2020 after almost 10 years together. The New Girl star and Beverly Hills, 90210 actor seem to be on amicable terms and co-parent their three sons: Noah, 10, Bodhi, 9, and Journey, 6. Green is currently dating Dancing With the Stars’ Sharna Burgess. In 2022, Green and Burgess welcomed a son.

Fox famously moved on with rapper Machine Gun Kelly (real name Colson Baker), and the two began dating in June 2020. They got engaged in January 2022. Despite their tumultuous moments and breakup rumors, the couple were last seen in public together in May 2023, after reports of them attending therapy for their relationship went viral.
