Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly‘s on/off romance appears to be in its off stage right now, as sources have claimed that the Jennifer’s Body actress and the “Emo Girl” musician – who she once described as her “twin flame” – are living separately.
Fox briefly yet coyly discussed her relationship status on the Wednesday, March 20th episode of the Call Her Daddy podcast, where she seemed to confirm that she and the rapper have also broken off their engagement. If you’ll recall, they got engaged in January 2022, with MGK proposing with a ring that was intended to cause physical pain when removed.
Megan Fox Says She Will 'Always Be Connected' To MGK After Confirming Their Engagement Is Currently Off
Call Her Daddy host Alex Cooper told listeners that the 37-year-old Transformers actress and the 33-year-old "Bloody Valentine" musician, real name Colson Baker, "got engaged, then I think it was called off, then we don't know what's going on with you."
"All those things you said were accurate things that have occurred," The Sports Illustrated cover star replied, before essentially saying that she doesn't want to talk about every single detail of their relationship in public.
"I could see them being confusing, or interesting to people, and them being like, 'What's up?' I think that what I've learned from being in this relationship is that it's not for public consumption."
She then went on to add: "I think, as of now, I don't have a comment on the status of the relationship, per se. What I can say is [he] is what I refer to as being my 'twin soul' and there will always be a tether to him, no matter what."
"I can't say for sure what the capacity will be, but I will always be connected to him somehow. Beyond that, I'm not willing to explain," she concluded.
Sources Confirm Megan Fox And Machine Gun Kelly Are Living Separately
According to reports, the Expend4bles actress is said to be living by herself in Malibu, while the Life in Pink star is living in the Encino mansion they used to live in together while they figure things out.
"They did this arrangement to give each other some space while still being together," an insider spilled to Us Weekly. "[They] are at a low moment right now. It changes every day," they added, while also saying Fox has asked friends to "set her up" with other people.
However, despite being open to meeting new people, the insider reiterated that she hasn't drawn a line under her relationship with MGK. "Friends around them don't see them completely ending the relationship as they truly change their minds every day," Us Weekly's source continued, while also noting that Megan "hasn't been wearing her ring."
