Megan Fox stunned fans with a big announcement and an equally striking photo to match!
On Tuesday, November 12th, the Jennifer’s Body actress took to Instagram to reveal that she’s expecting her first child with boyfriend Machine Gun Kelly and her fourth overall. Fox is already mom to Noah, 12, Bodhi, 10, and Journey, 8, whom she shares with ex Brian Austin Green.

Megan Fox Flaunts Her Baby Bump While Covered In Black Paint
She posed for the photo while holding onto her bump, with black paint dripping all over her body as she sat in a pool of dark paint.
Her dark locks and smokey eye makeup added to the intensity of the image.
She captioned the post, "Nothing is ever really lost. welcome back." The caption hinted at the miscarriage she suffered previously. In 2023, Fox said, "This miscarriage was really tragic for me and left me with a lot of grief and a lot of suffering."
On Good Morning America, she added, "It was very difficult for both of us. It sent us on a very wild journey together and separately—trying to navigate, ‘What does this mean?' and ‘Why did this happen?'"
Megan Fox and MGK Expect Their First Child Together
The second photo in her post was of a positive pregnancy test.
Fox and MGK have had their ups and downs during their relationship. The pair first met on the set of Midnight in the Switchgrass just as the pandemic hit in 2020.
In 2022, the pair announced their engagement, sealed with a ring that had thorns in it, so when Fox takes it off, it physically hurts.
In March of 2024, Megan goes on the Call Her Daddy podcast to confirm that they had called off their engagement the year before but didn’t want to further "comment on the status of the relationship."
